• Description

          It is a mixture of saturated and unsaturated fatty acid salts and is a multifunctional plasticizer of natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The agent has the functions of activator, plasticizer and internal and external lubricant.

          1. It has the effect of a plasticizing agent and lubricant on natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which can promote the dispersion of carbon black and shorten the mixing time.

          2. It can reduce the rubber extrusion temperature, improve the extrusion speed, make the surface of the semi-finished product smooth, reduce the shrinkage rate, and stabilize the size of the semi-finished product.

          3. It can improve the vulcanization activity of natural rubber and synthetic rubber and shorten the vulcanization time.

          4. It can improve the fluidity of the rubber vulcanization process and improve the density of vulcanization products.

          5. It can make the surface of vulcanized products smooth and bright, convenient demoulding
