TAIC-50

Function

TAIC-50 Cross-linking Agent is an isocyanate based pre dispersed rubber coupling agent commonly used as a vulcanizing agent for special rubber. It has strong water absorption, toxicity, and good adhesive properties, and is suitable for bonding rubber with metals, fibers, glass, wood, leather, and other materials. It is a multifunctional olefin monomer containing aromatic heterocycles, widely used as a modifier and vulcanizing agent for various thermoplastics, ion exchange resins, special rubber, as well as an intermediate for UV curable coatings, photosensitive corrosion inhibitors, flame retardants, etc. It is a widely used additive for new types of polymer materials.

Dosage

Normally, 0.5 -5.0 phr.

Application

Ethylene propylene rubber, fluororubber, polyethylene/EVA, cross-linked cables, and polyethylene high and low foaming products.

Packaging

25 kg/box.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place, the storage period should be at least one year.
