Function

JXBHgran cross-linked resin BH-41-IIR pre dispersed masterbatch has the characteristics of high dispersibility, high uniformity, and high stability. It is easy to weigh and has high accuracy, preventing dust pollution. It is a mixture of thermally reactive alkylphenol formaldehyde resin and zinc oxide. Used for vulcanization of butyl rubber, it contains active hydroxymethyl groups that can react with rubber and have good scorch safety. It can also be used for rubber products such as EPDM, NR, SBR, NBR, CR, etc. The curing reaction requires the addition of halogens (rubber). Vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance, high tensile strength, and small compression deformation. Compared with directly using thermal reactive alkylphenol formaldehyde resin and zinc oxide, cross-linked resin BH-41-IIR pre dispersed masterbatch solves the problem of adhesion and agglomeration, improving product quality.

10.0 -25.0 phr.
Application

Used for manufacturing capsules and water tires; It can also be used for other rubber products such as butyl rubber, natural rubber, EPDM, SBR, NBR, etc.
