DBD-40

Description

DBD-40 Peptizers is a derivative of DBD with blue to dark green granule appearance. Compared with traditional peptizers, DBD-40 has great improvement in processing performance and working environment. It can flow freely to be weighed automatically.This product is not harmful when used under normal conditions, and has good storage stability under low temperature and dry conditions.

Application

Natural rubber and understand synthetic rubber are added when masticating on an open mill or internal mixer, which can improve the efficiency of mastication. It is effective when the temperature is above 70 degrees, and the effect is best at 150-160 degrees. DBD-40 can catalyze the breaking of molecular chains during the plasticizing process, thereby shortening the plasticizing time, reducing energy consumption, reducing production costs, and improving production capacity. Dosage is 0.1 to 0.5 portions.

Storage
